    Side Pipe Baffle Rattle

Starting to get a slight rattle out of the drivers side, suggestions to correct?

I drilled a 1/16 hole from the bottom back so not visible and screwed in a long sheet metal screw until it hit the baffle. No more rattle.

I just went through something similar, and it turned out to be the hanger that was welded to the sidepipe had separated causing the rattle while driving. Here's the THREAD from my experience with some suggested ideas of what the rattle may be.

    Hope this helps.
