    Starter Solenoid Signal Wire Size

    Hi Guys,

    Can anybody tell me what gauge wire the signal line going to the starter solenoid is? I am not near my kit to check and need to buy wire to extend it. Guessing its 14 or 16?

    14 AWG is what most of my car is wired with. A 12 bolt system likes larger diameter wires from an efficiency point of view.
    FFR 5136 Started as a donor...donor guages, engine, trans,etc. Now...TFS street intake,stage 1 cam, GT40p's,24# injectors and 80mm MAF,70mm TB,Z-spec t-5, and PSE Halibrand wrapped with Nitto 555 G2’s. My ever evolving dream car!!
