    Final fan shroud

Got the fan shroud figured out. Metal shop just sells 4x8’ sheets anymore so ended up at Lowe’s with a 2x2’ 22 gauge piece.
Made it so the fan goes inside the shroud due to size restrictions. The front lip sits over the rad brace and fastens with two 1/4-20 screws. Put door stripping on the front edges and around the fan hole opening. Came out pretty good, one more thing to scratch off the list.

Well done, that should seal it off nicely.

Looks Great! I modified a Replicaparts MK4 shroud to fit my Gen2 coupe. You will be glad you did this a shroud really improves cooling, IMO.
