I'm running the Grant wheel shown below:

The adapter is a quick release piece from jegs, also shown below:

For the center emblem, since I'm a Chevy Guy, I used a valve cover emblem from an LT-1 Valve cover which fit perfectly:

You can sort of see the entire set up on this old video we did a few months back along with some other off color alterations that aren't exactly period correct:

I'm using a Grant steering wheel, very similar to GoDad's, except mine has a yellow stripe at the top.
The stripe is there so you have a reference for getting the front wheels straight (an *extremely* high priority when you exceed traction with the rear - if you have any idea what's good for you).
Very little dish on the steering wheel - and smaller diameter steering wheels almost *require* power steering.
Also very similar on the quick release - I used this one (and had to hand machine an adapter): https://www.ebay.com/itm/Longacre-52...ss!37921!US!-1
P.S - I am very likely to change over the the Jeg's quick release - as soon as GoDad confirms that a Grant wheel bolts straight up (no adapter - I'm always looking to eliminate complications).

Confirmed Mike223,
The 5 Screw Grant Wheels fits on the Jegs Quick Release.
I also have an extra steering shaft if you need it since the Jegs piece welds on.
You can see the quick release around 1:50 minutes into this video which still has my old Grant Wheel mounted on it.

Thanks for the generous offer Steve - I ended up with plenty of extra steering shaft after all the prototyping for the pull-a-part EPAS installation: https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/show...ll-A-Part-EPAS
My quick disconnect mounts directly to the input shaft of the EPAS (some prototyping required - lol).
