    turn signals

well after driving car around for while now i decided that the turn signals on dash was not the best plan.its a pain in the rear to remeber to turn off i contacted russ and after talking with him
i got him to send me unit with tube a little longer than what he has been making so i could keep steering wheel at same distance.i must be running my wheel a little closer to driver than others
any way it was a good choice i recommend any one building coupe to just plan to get during build

Interesting, I modified the standard Russ Thompson(RT) tube to make it adjustable. I added the NRG quick release steering wheel hub to the RT turn signal and ended up cutting the tube too short, thus the need to modify it so I could make it longer. I had followed the directions from Paul, edwardb, but it turns out that RT/FFR had changed the way the tube is mounted and mine was an earlier MKIV thus the error of cutting it too short. This was on a roadster.
