Clecos
Just just had my first Cleco experience. I'm working on an enclosed cargo trailer (6x12 to be used mostly for dirt bikes). The fold down rear door is in rough shape so I cleaned up the rusty areas and bought a sheet of .025 white aluminum. Had it cut to fit and started to Cleco it into place.
I learned about these little devices on this forum and man, they work great.
I bought a starter kit with 50 1/8" fasteners and a set of pliers.
The plan is to drill and cleco fasten the panel in place. Once all the holes are drilled, I'll remove the panel, clean up any metal bits from the drilling, apply some sealer and then pop-rivet the panel into place. Yeah, that's probably a very typical plan, but a first for me.
Anyway, another big thanks to the FFR Forum folks for great, tried & true information.

Dougget,
Here are two great place to get your riveting supplies.

Also, you may want to use Drive Rivets instead of the standard Pop-Rivets for your exterior panels.
Happy Drilling & Riveting!
