Challenge car built to the most recent specs with full engine and suspension upgrade.
Well sorted and very competitive this car has multiple race wins, poles, and track records.
Interior is set-up for 6’1” 250lb driver.
I built this car in 2001 and raced it for the next 15 years, it still has the original paint and has never needed any chassis repair work done.
Specs:
306 Ford small block with Trick flow challenge series package on the top end. Roughly 325 hp in current tune.
Tremec 3550 5 speed with mid-shift mount location
Challenge series required 94-98 Cobra front brakes
1992 Lincoln MKVII rear brakes with Thunderbird calipers
Externally mounted twin master cylinder conversion with balance bar
18 Gallon Fuel safe cell with expired bladder (also have the 22 gallon can to go with the car)
2 sets of 17x9 FFR Halibrand style wheels (one set is black)
8.8 solid axle with 3 link rear suspension and 3.27 rear gears (car will just top out 4th at 149mph at Road Atlanta or VIR)
Racepak Lap timer/ logger
Kirkey intermediate Road race seat.
Car has never been street registered I have the Certificate of Origin from Factory Five.
