    Louvre Cutout Misalignment

Hey guys. Spent a couple of hours shaping the pre-cut holes for the louvers today. Very gratifying process and overall satisfied. Only issue is that I took off about 1/32” too much in the top right corner as seen in the photos. Once the car is complete no one would ever see it, but how would you guys remedy this?

    1. I could put on new aluminum flanges and redrill those holes to fit over the studs (which are fastened with HSRF), but that might introduce an entire new set of issues if its not perfect.

    2. Fabricate another piece of metal and bond to the corner to thicken it up.

    3. Simple black caulking? Hate to do that though.

    4. I would assume that this is a non-issue for Mr. Kleiner, so maybe I should just leave it alone until that time comes?

    Thanks.
