    E Brake cable problems

So I was waiting quite a while on back ordered calipers. Got them a couple weeks ago and installed. E brake cables were wrong so they sent new ones. Got those today and went to install. The passenger side fits great but the drivers side is same length and is tight from handle to caliper. I would not be able to strap it down due to required suspension travel. Is this what everyone else has? Seems like drivers side should be 6-10 inches longer due to e brake handle position?

Is your drivers side tight? Mine is like a banjo string from Caliper to brake handle.

Can anyone take a measurement on the e brake cable? FFR is saying that the one I have is correct. Mine measures 67" from end of fitting to end of fitting. 5" of cable sticking out. I cant see how that is correct. It is tight from caliper to brake handle with zero slack.

If you can provide pictures on how it was installed that would be helpful. TY!
