FF instructions show installing oil level or oil temp sensor to the moroso pan. I can't find it in any boxes (FF, Ford, Forte, etc). Forte provided a plug that fits the hole. Do I need the sensor? Thanks!

Oil level, no. That hasn't been used on an OE Coyote for a couple model years, and apparently wasn't active in the crate motor program anyway. Oil temp, your choice. If you have the gauge and want to monitor, then that's the place for the sensor. Otherwise, use the plug.

Oil temp... My kit was delivered Jan 2017. The wiring harness didn't have a wire for the temp sensor. Check your harness. If you really want it, you may have to add the wiring connections.

FWIW I run the oil temperature gauge with the 2013 RF harness & don't remember adding an extra wire for it.

for this temp sensor, did you guys run over to the passenger side of the moroso pan? or use an adapter to refit the driver side- seems like a not-needed long run across the bottom of the engine for the oil temp sensor
edit, ended up ordering an adapter GlowShift M20 x 1.5 Male to 1/8-27 NPT Female Gauge Sensor Sender Thread Adapter Reducer
this will keep it a much shorter run to the driver side on the oil pan, we couldn't remove the passenger side plug anyways...
