Adjusting brake bias without murdering tires?
Title pretty much says it all— AFAIK the only way to properly test proper front/rear brake bias is to see which tires lock up first? Doesn’t that put flat spots in the tires? If you keep it slow, maybe it’s not really that noticeable? Maybe I’m just being overly babying on my 200 TW tires, but damned if they weren’t the most expensive tires I ever bought 😀 Any other tips/tricks or processes people use for proper adjustment that are easier on the tires?
P.S. not that I plan to go easy on them for long— just feels wrong to start off on a bad note
