    Headlights

Anyone try these on a 33 hot rod yet? Would they even fit or work?

I have them in my 33. They fit just like the original lights. You will need to another wire to power them up so the turn signals work when your marker lights are off. My car was finished so I hooked the power wire to my marker lights and always have them on when I'm driving.

Thanks Bill. Do you have any pictures? They must look really great would be nice to see what they look like.
From what you said I assume the fit right into the original ffr housing for the light. Was it a straight swap except for the additional wire? How did you run the additional wire, from where?

    Thanks for your help.

I installed these after my car was finished, so I didn't add the extra wire. I just hooked it into my parking lights. The parking lights or headlights have to be on for the turn signals to work.

Thanks again Bill. Your car looks great and the lights look good too.

Mine should be going in for bodywork and paint soon, I am thinking of changing the headlights to what you have.

I recommend changing the lights. The stock headlights were very dim in my opinion. Driving back roads the LED lights really help.

Thanks again Bill, this is even a better reason to change the out. Funny no one mentioned that before.
