Anyone have a GTM for sale.....completed or partially complete?

I have a potential customer who is looking to install a non-GTM body on a GTM chassis. Looking for an already completed car (reasonably priced) or partially completed car to use as a "donor" for this project. Obviously not looking to tear apart a $100k show car....looking for something more reasonable....

I take it that means the yellow car you had for sale is no longer available?

It was originally listed for $24k which was a pretty good deal. Obviously went for almost double that.

Ahhhh...yes...that was one of ours. I was thinking you were talking about the other yellow one that was for sale just a while ago with the single gray stripe down the middle....

Would it be cost effective to just ask FFR for a bare chassis, and acquire the suspension, steering rack, drive train separately ? At least that way you know the quality of the work in a running go kart. (I assume you will be doing the work, I hope)

Most time I see a finished or partially completed project, the owners try to recoup their money that they have in it, which can range pretty high, usually around the forty to fifty grand that I have run into. If it's an accident car, could have more problems in it, getting it correct.

Plus if another body is going to be used, the close out panels, interior, etc. would have to be custom made ?

Just a thought.

Yes, we also discussed using that route.....but sometimes you see used kits or used finished cars that end up going for a fraction of the parts cost, so figured it would not hurt to see what's out there before going down the "build from scratch" road.

im thinking about selling mine. im in the process of moving to sw Utah and im not sure if the car will be able to fit in the garage without putting wood down every time to get in and out of the driveway. looks like ill just be driving my cobra
