    Upper Control Arms

On the rough alignment page of the manual (37) for the upper control arm, it indicates there is a left and right control arm. My two are the same with the solid side of the balljoint plate on the front side. Is there left and right? Thanks

They're the same. The weld will be in front in one side and in the rear on the other. Pay attention to the pic as the arms need to be disassembled and reassembled to look like the pic. Zerk fittings pointed up and ball joint angled out. You might need to take the rubberized coating of the threads if the BJ with a wire wheel to get it completely seated down. And if running power steering, now would be a good time to trim your rear sleeve before assembly

Thank You - Makes perfect sense. Do you trim the rear sleeve to reach the 7.375" that they recommend for initial adjustment?
