bought a new track toy
2015 Radical SR3
1500cc 4 cylinder 260hp, 1100lbs, 6 speed sequential air shifter, auto blip downshift, flat upshift, 800+lbs of downforce at 120mph. 8-10 seconds faster than my cobra at VIR!
I can't figure out how to make the pictures larger.

Awesome. I heard these are great fun on the track.
How much do you anticipate the operating costs would be relative to a track weekend in the Cobra?

Well that looks like fun! I have taken my Saleen on the track twice and it was a great experience.

Very Cool! Congrats!
I had a ride in one a few years ago at Gingerman. Not sure what version of the Radical it was but it was fast and fun. Belonged to a friend.

The weekend racing operating costs will be a little more.
cobra
$200 in cam2 for the weekend
$2200 tires 2x per year
seems like every 3 years the motor would break in some way, 5-7k
pads $300
rotors $250
Radical
tires $1600
brakes rotors about the same
engine/trans refresh every 40hrs 8-9k
