    Anyone want to guess what it weighs?

    Finally got my car on race scales. Anyone want to guess what it weighs? No carpet or insulation. Full taken of gas. Ls/tko

    The Hot Rod New Chassis Crazy Light As Is An Aluminum Blocked LS!

    NOTE: I'm assuming you installed an all aluminum LS.

    LQ9. Iron block. So it’s plus 100 over aluminum.

    Mine weighs 2292 and has much more steel tubing in it than yours does.
    Dart Little M 406" SBC 800 HP N/A & 1,100 HP on nitrous, 2-spd Powerglide with trans brake, 6,000 RPM stall converter, narrowed Moser 88 3.90:1 spool with 35-spline gun-drilled axles & Torino bearings, custom parallel four-link, custom tube chassis & roll cage NHRA certified for 8.5-sec (only two FFR Hot Rods have this cert).

    Nah. Im a dyed in the wool roadster guy. It was roll bar, seats, mats, car cover in trunk. No paint or carpet. So I would expect to add about 30#.

    Iron 6.0 block, full 8.50 cert. cage, hell, the 92mm turbo alone weights close to 70 lbs.
