    Just submitted our order!!

As I have mentioned before I was planning on building a '33 with my 16 year old son Liam. He has a form of Autism called Aspergers Syndrome. Hoping to use this build for some good father-son time, getting his hands dirty, and opening up his social world at car meets, open houses, and people just curious about the car (as I imagine it will draw some attention). Well... that "was planning" is now in motion. Just hit the submit button and the wait begins!!! lol Planning on taking our time as I travel out of the country quite often.

Our Build Sheet is not fanciest but it should be nice:

    Complete Kit
Setup for 351w and Auto Trans
    28 Spline shaft
    Free Upgraded Leather Seats (Sale)
    3-Link Suspension
    Platinum Gauges (deleted)
    Rear Spreader Exhaust
    Heat/Sound Insulation
    Chrome Tilt Steering Wheel
    Electric Power Assist
    Brushed Trunk Handle
    Brushed Interior Door Handls
    Floor Mats

We are building our Engine from a 1969 351w Block that is has been freshly machined and is .030 over. Most likely going to 383 Stroker with Holley Sniper EFI. (Have been in discussions with Mike Forte on components, etc...)
    AOD Transmission
8.8 31 Spline/Limited Slip Rear End with Brakes from Mike Forte
    Dakota Digital Gauges/Fuel Sender
    Hagen Mirrors (I think)
A bunch of components from Kootenai Valley Customs (Bushings, Bump Steer, Trunk Gas Strut Kit, etc..)
    Door Poppers
    Auto Suicide door pins
Soft Top (will order later on in build)

    Thanks for having us!!

    Sean and Liam

I just received a 65 Coupe and my only regret was not buying it earlier.
My daughter will be going to college and she will not be able to help me as much.

Also, I really like the Hot Rod.

    Congrats!

Thank you everyone for the kind words and support. We are cleaning/organizing the garage and picking up the few tools that we didn't have. We'll start a build thread when we pick on the Kit at FFR May 2nd!
