6 Speed Transmission and rear Spring Compression

Anyone running a 6 speed, how far up did you have to run the ring for the coilovers to get to the 4.5 ride height. Mine are almost at the top and still have some to go. Was thinking maybe the added weight of the 6 speed is compressing them to much. Have a couple with the standard spring rates.

I have a 5 speed with my rear corner weights of 600# on each shock. I have some extra steel bumpers in the back so I'm probably equivalent to the 6 speed.
If I recall the original rear springs were 275#/inch. so a good starting point would be 600/275 = 2.2 inches of spring compression when the shock is at ride height length.
