Banjo crush washer size - Ford Mustang calipers
Hello all,
I have a 2020 Mk4 with the standard Mustang brake package. I would like to replace the supplied banjo crush washers with copper. I took the crush washers that came with my kit to two local auto part stores and they had nothing available to match up with. I would like to order some online, can anyone confirm what size these are? I am thinking they are 10mm but want to make sure before I order them.
Thanks for any info.

If they are still using the two piston Mustang calipers up front from the 2000-ish model year, then they take a 10 MM crush washer.

I don't know about the IRS Rears because I'm running a Dana 44 solid axle and am running Ford Explorer rear discs that sports Top Hat rotors with a shoe style E-Brake.

These are common parts, but it doesn't surprise me that the guy at the part store couldn't find what you need. By the time you order those from Summit and pay the shipping, you'll be over the cost of something like this:
DYWISHKEY 150Pcs 8 Sizes Copper Metric Sealing Washers Assortment Set
I like buying these assortments for small items when I need them, so that I don't have to be too concerned over what size I specifically need.

I had the same issue when my power steering pump had a leak. I went to NAPA, Advance, O'Reilly, Ace, and Home Depot.
I ended up ordering an assortment.
Oh.....same thing for an o-ring.
