    Hey there Steve-

So pleased that you have been able to see the project through. have been following your triumphs and tragedies as you worked through the build, and your persistence, stubbornness, and great attitude have been noteworthy!

Congratulations on getting her done, albeit with a funny power plant. ;-o)

I wish you nothing but trouble free miles, and limitless enjoyment!!

    All the best!

    Regards,

    Steve

Well, my friend, you've done it...... the fraternity of people who've built their own cars is very small and you're now a full-fledged member. You'll never cease to be amazed at the attention you will garner and the people (especially kids) you'll inspire when you drive that beautiful car.

Love the details and enjoyed following your build - challenges and all.

Please don't forget about the forum - you'll have much to share as you hit the road.

    Safe travels!!!!
    Later,
    Chris

Nice work, Steve. I like your rear wheel/fender mod better than the original. Drive safe, you've earned it.

-Thanks For All The Support Because You Guys Got Me Across The Finish Line!

We plan to post future videos, but we hope they are all from the cockpit of our Roadster.

Sad to see it go, but I hope it goes to a nice family that needs lots and lots of room.
Car looks great, love the no stripe, street hood, look.

I can't believe you can buy a nice large house like that, for that low a price. I couldn't find anywhere on the listing, how large the property is, but that sure seems a bargain.
Where I live, you can't buy a mobile home in a trailer park for that price..

Glad You Like The Street Look!
I hoped I could pull off an elegant roadster, but you never really know what these cars will look like until you finish them.
The color choice was always going to be RED even though I would have loved to paint it the same color GREEN as Gumball's car.
Going off the grid on the driveline didn't phase me, but finding a wheel that wasn't a Halibrand, which looked period-correct, wasn't easy.
Tires are 245/45-17 and 285/40-17 which gives me a little bit of rake from front to rear.

Camp Granny's House / 817 Hailey Avenue Property:
The property actually sits on two lots which have been combined so it's 100'0" X 200'0" or just under 1/2 acre.
We have it listed at Tax Value in an attempt to move it quickly which is also the same as the flood insurance coverage.
Since flood insurance is assumable, the coverage can be Grand-Fathered to save the new owner some money.
The den is 28 X 28 and the 16 arches in that room are either a love it or hate it proposition.

If you want to move South, the cost of living in Louisiana is low, but undestand that the summers are hot and sticky.

Congratulations! What will I do with the rest of my time without Camp GDG video updates?

Beautiful! I‘m partial to the overriders and rear hoop bumper, we’ll done!

Hope to see you soon so you can inspect it.

With some luck, Redbone will be at Road Atlanta for next year's Walter Mitty HSR Race.
The Parade of Speed was a sight to be seen, especially from your vantage point which was the driver's seat of your Challenge Car.

Steve, I had committed to attend the Huntington Beach Factory Five get-together this year, which was first postponed, then later cancelled outright, so I am tentatively planning on attending the 2021 version. Unfortunately, it is usually the same weekend as the Walter Mitty race weekend at Road Atlanta. Long story to let you know I may not be at the Mitty next year ...
