Td04l-13t psi @red line

Hi, I wanted to consult on a topic that may be very talked about, but I cannot find any useful information.
I am touching turbo pressures and Waste gate duty cycle maps, I have 3 port solenoid upgrade to to support these pressures.
My doubt is that pressure supports the TD04L-13T up to the Red Line.
I was thinking of using 15.6 PSI (Original on MY99 Prodrive ECU) midrange pressures and holding about 14.50 PSI until 6500 rpm. But I wanted to see if there is experience in this place of simlar situations and any contribution will be useful. I have some modifications aside but my particular question is that if the td04 can sustain 14.5 psi up to the red line.

Not a problem at all. I ran 18-19 psi in my 02 wrx with the stock TD04 turbo up to red line.
