Coupe in the Skagit Valley area

I live in the Mount Vernon area and I have seen a silver coupe with orange or red stripes driving around the valley. My last sighting was near Avon Allen Road about a week ago. It's a great looking car and I would love to pick the owners brain about their build. Anyone know the owner of this car? I am thinking about placing a coupe order in the next year or so and I am trying to do my research prior to pulling the trigger.

I don’t know the owner of that coupe, but I have an early coupe (#17) in North Idaho. I built the car in CA and would be be more than willing to answer questions about building one of them.
