In your blog, you mentioned Paul, and his conversion to ePower steering. Where can I find Paul, and look at his installation.
Are you happy with your installation, and how does it «work» on the road?
    Thank you!

Here is my build using electric power steering.

Post #12 (just below) also gives some more details of the mounts. I am using the Saturn Vue powersteering unit with the bruno ebay controller. I have used this combination a previous build (non-FFR) and have been very happy with it. I like being able to adjust the amount of assist on the fly with a single knob. Normally, I have found I prefer the assist fairly low while driving on the street and bump up the assist when autoX'ing.

Note: I modified the footbox (to get better clearance for gas pedal/pedal positions) so how I have set it up may not be directly applicable for your build (I am also not using the stock firewall bearing location). If using the stock arrangement, it would probably require mounting the system is slightly lower. Either way requires moving the motor amplifier box and extending the torque sensor wiring if you use the Saturn Vue epas.

    Good luck.
    Thomas
