    IRS rear brakes 11.65

I am having problems with the rear brake caliper mounting
Everything looks lined up centered square
But when you tighten caliper bolts it locks the wheel
Loosen 1 of 4 mounting bolts and it frees the wheel
    What am I missing??

Caliper probably needs to be shimmed to center it over the rotor.

Make sure the pads are properly positioned in the caliper, not askew or in a bind.
Push the pads to the most open position, by hand.
Set the caliper over the rotor and try to center the pads over the rotor.
If you can see where the caliper mounts against the brackets, estimate the gap. This should be a ball park thickness of the shim(s) you need. You can use steel washers, they do have different thickness available, to fill in this void.
Your bracket mounting surface needs to be parallel to the rotor. Run a couple of lug nuts on the wheel lug bolts to hold the rotor in place and true, while working on this.
When you get things bolted up, check to make sure both ends of the caliper are square with the rotor.
ie, do not have one end closer to the rotor than the other.
