Doable? Sure. Nearly anything is possible with enough time, skill, and money. But it would be a pretty significant change. Modification of the internal door frames (or new ones...) swapping the hinge and latch sides. Possible internal layout changes to the door and window lift layout. Modification of the chassis moving the already welded hinge and latch bracket points to the other sides. Suicide doors also typically have an additional failsafe mechanism to keep them from coming open at the wrong time.
