    lizard skin looks great Scott! Good luck with the carpet. I found it it be a very satisfying part of the build.

    Carpet installation complete!!





    One tool that made the carpet install a lot easier was a carpet knife. The drawback to this knife is that it will slice you worse than a single edge razor blade!! It slices cardboard as easy as a razor blade slices paper. I used a Roberts SN10/215.



    I also stopped at JoAnns Fabric store and bought a piece of 1" thick seat cushion foam. Seat cushion foam is heat and fire resistant. I used it help reduce the sound between the outer panel and the body near the sidepipes.
