Interesting Looking Parts - What Are They?

Ran across these parts, I think they might be for the old style door latches. Since my door latches are still POL I'm sure I'll be getting the new style so I don't need these parts? Or are they for something else?

Mike, just as you said, those are spacers for the old style door latches.
