VRaptor SpeedWorks is moving.....eventually.
Just a note here to let everyone know that I'm in the process of moving.....eventually......and will be keeping some odd hours in the mean time. Long story short, I became a grandpa last Friday and my wife desperately wanted to move closer to our daughter/granddaughter since they were over 3 hours away from us. We bought a house with no buildings.....so I've been spending all of my weekends (since the end of December) at the new house building a new shop to work out of......still have quite a ways to go.
So, for the next couple of months, I'll be here at the old shop working and filling orders probably 4 days a week and building the new shop 3 days a week.....and those days pretty much just depend on the weather. It may take me some extra time to reply to you emails. This last week, I headed to the new place on Thursday night, planning on working on the shop Friday - Sunday. Our daughter had the baby on Friday, so I went Saturday to see her......and then the forecast for the next week looked pretty crappy, but Monday was supposed to be nice, so I stayed yesterday and worked on the shop.
Anyway.....if you email me and I don't reply for several days, you'll know what's going on. Thanks for your patience!

On a roll
out of curiosity, which direction (N/S/E/W) are you moving? If you were moving into or closer to Illinois, your shop would be a fun place to visit! (assuming you're open to visitors...)

Congrats! Looking to get your liners for my MK4 after Ken finishes my paint. What is your lead time on these?

We are moving from Anita, Iowa to Iowa Falls, Iowa.....which is sort of north-central Iowa.....about an hour north of Des Moines and a bit east. Our son lives in Ankeny....which is about an hour and ten minutes south from Iowa Falls....and our daughter/granddaughter is in Independence which is about an hour and ten minutes east from Iowa Falls.
Ted G....Mk4 wheel liner lead time largely depends on whether or not I have the material on hand or not. Right now, I have just enough material to do one more set. If someone snags that, then it may be a little while before I buy more material. Our Anita house is sold and we are supposed to be out of the house and shop on 4/15. I'm building a pole building (same as my current shop) and just put the last pole in the ground this last weekend....so I still have a ton of work to do between now and 4/15 if I have any hopes of working out of that building. The place I buy the material from for the wheel liners is about 70 miles one-way for me to pick up.....so I will likely wait until after we move before I buy another batch of material for those.

Ok, sounds good. I'm a few months away from being ready so sounds like I'm ok.

Ted, I would jump on those liners while he has them, they are great and will save your paint from rocks hitting under side of your fenders.

Congrats on becoming a grandpa Shane!!!
I'm definitely looking forward to finishing my ECU swap to the MoTeC and then getting my GTM up to you for finishing. It looks like lead times are improving, just need some solid delivery dates now.

Glad to hear you are about settled in. Word on the street is MoTeC is shipping hardware and all backorders will be shipped by end of July. We'll see.
My C127 Dash is already in NY, just waiting on my M170 and harness modification.
Can't wait to get my GTM in your hands to finish her off for me.

I take all of my orders thru email. Email address is posted at the top of the page:
http://vraptorspeedworks.com/custom-roadster-parts/
With the price of everything going up all the time, I'm not in a position to offer discounts......for 2 sets of the liners, I might be able to get both sets into one box and ship them together to save on shipping costs....which normally run from $75-$90 depending on how far they're shipping....but have never tried this to see if I can get them to fit in the box....and if they do, with the increased weight cancel out the savings? I can give it a shot once I know the full shipping address. Thanks!

Shane, all I have to say is MOVING SUCKS! Mrs. i.e.427 and I are going through it right now. First the "down sizing" move this time and in 2-1/2 to 3 years the move out of this Godforsaken State. This move is by far the worst of it. I don't envy you my friend.
