    Falconer V12 Veyron destroyer

I wonder if this has been done yet... installing a $65,000 Falconer V12. Such a car would end up costing $100k plus, but that would be some 1/12th the cost of a Veyron, not to mention 2/3rds the curb weight. The Falconer can easily turn 1000 hp, and adding twin turbos... holy crap. When I win the lottery, I must do this.

AWD and launch control are hard to beat, regardless of weight advantage.

"Such a car would end up costing $100k plus,"

LOL...yea.....I'd go pretty heavy on the "plus". I'm guessing you'd end up with over $100k just in the engine/drivetrain by the time you figure in a fuel system to feed it, modify the chassis to fit, find a transaxle to hold the power, an adapter plate to mate the trans to the engine, a clutch to hold the power, custom axles, custom exhaust, etc, etc, etc.

I can help when the time comes...

Mendeola HD transaxle would hold 1200 HP and www.myraceshop.com can supply the axles/CVs/etc for the rest of the driveline. All originally designed for the 1200 HP range.

You need to go out and drive a GTM with 550 to 600 HP. I just took my car out for a test drive with my new custom LS3 putting out around 550 HP or so and that son of a gun is fast! I mean scary fast.
I noticed when I jumped on it without spinning the wheels it started to act funny over the the little flaws in the road surface. The road surface was fairly good. I have my suspension set correctly however with the stock yellow Koni's it gets a little dicey. No rebound at all.
I can't wait for the new shocks we are developing. Happy Building, Ron

Had one. Trust me the GTM is cheaper and faster than most single engine recips.

Why single engine?? Go for two. Second engine is guaranteed to take you to the site of the crash everytime

Off the shelf, that would be a Mendeola HD, but it is almost as big as a GTM itself!! LOL!

I have discussed this with Mike Mendeola directly, and he says that an S5 or SDR, he believes, could be built for 1000 HP, although it definitely won't be an "off the shelf" piece, and it certainly won't be cheap.

I have NO DOUBTS that an HD would handle 1200+ HP though.

The 935 drivetrain setup goes for about $5K, just to give you an idea of how costs increase exponentially. I do have all the parts speced for this though and have sold a couple of "kits" in this form, although none to anyone in the U.S.
