How much is a 818c worth?

SO The ultimate question how much is a 818c worth done?>
I built my car in 2018 its powered by a ej20t with a 5 speed gear box with lsd
cars painted black full interior a/c heat brembo brakes full stereo a tone of custom work
i have 35k in it i know i wont get close to that but dont see any forsale done
any ideas ?. Im not posting a bunch of pics im looking for advise for a range of what
people are paying >>

A number of 818's have sold on Bring a Trailer over the years. They usually average ~$20k with nice ones selling in the mid 20's and basic ones selling in the mid teens.
