I've started the process of ordering my FF MK4 Roadster kit. (A lifelong dream)

The deposit is in. I have the sales order now.
I'm slowly getting my paperwork together.
Does anyone have the most current TC form on file?

I found a copy online, but I'm unsure if it's current: DECLARATION TO IMPORT MOTOR VEHICLE KIT PARTS.pdf
