Question Clutch m/c for Tilton HTB 6xxx

Trying to narrow down clutch/throwout bearing/master cylinder selection. From what I see (need more than my eyes on this) I would need a larger m/c than the kit provided Wilwood z-260-14297 (and there are no specs on the Wilwood website) , that is if the stroke is only 1.1

    https://tiltonracing.com/wp-content/...-HRB-print.pdf

I want to make sure I don't undersize , or oversize this. I also want to make sure it will fit into the current m/c mounts.

Please guide to the specific part I need.

My Gen3 Coupe (build thread in sig line below) has the Tilton 6000-Series Hydraulic Release Bearing 60-6104. I installed a Wilwood 260-10373 13/16" MC. That's the MC size recommended in the instructions for the 11.000 inch Centerforce clutch I'm using. In it's 4th season, 6000+ miles, and it works perfectly. The Wilwood MC bolts into the Wilwood pedal box like it was made for it. Tilton make good stuff, and some claim their MC is better. But I have no idea if theirs fits into the Wilwood pedal box.

Thanks Paul. Glad to know that part is readily available through my favorite store , Summit. I will have to use the 60-6102 since it is for the TKX.

Right. My Coupe has a T56. But the HRB is still from the 6000 series and the MC recommendations are the same for all.

I have a Tilton 60-6102 hydraulic throwout bearing and Tilton sized the MC at 0.812" (13/16). The MC is TIL-76-812 and works perfectly.

I have the Tilton 60-6102, TKX and Centerforce clutch. I initially tried using the FFR supplied Wilwood MC (which I believe is 3/4") - didn't work well, would not fully disengage. Swapped out to the Tilton recommended 13/16" MC (Wilwood) and everything works great.

Tilton fits with their 75 series and is available through Summit, basically the same exact MC fitment as the Wilwood. HIGHLY recommend using Tilton instead of Wilwood

Just curious why the Tilton vs Wilwood , seems many have had no problems with the Wilwood.

Many have had problems with the Wilwood, many havent. Nobody has reported issues with the Tilton, though Im sure there are some out there that have failed. If you ask around in the industry there arent many names mentioned for higher quality in clutch components than Tilton and certainly Wilwood isnt one of them. Maybe its just me but I havent been very impressed with Wilwood's quality and engineering, and I do have the Wilwood pedal box and rear brakes.
