    Whitby's Called, Ready for Paint

Haven't been on the forum for years as I completed my MkIV almost ~7 years ago and simply have been enjoying driving it. Relocated from the midwest to the panhandle area and have been patiently waiting for the call from Whitby's for paint. Ready to haul it up there but wondering if anyone has any recommendations to get it there as I no longer have access to a good trailer.

Anyone use the double axle Uhaul or other options I can exploit. Appreciate the help.

    Jeremiah,

I have used u-hauls many times to move roadsters with no issues. I typically lift the nose of the trailer while connected to the truck to lessen the approach angle. Be careful once it gets on that you don’t hit the front of the trailer with your oil cooler hole. You may have to put 2x4’s under the end of the ramps if you can’t lift trailer enough.
