    Useless clock

I have the speedhut gages that includes a clock. I would like to replace the clock with a different matching gage.
Anyone done this? What gage did you replace it with?

Some people use a oil temperature instead.

I got an oil temp gauge from speed hut, unfortunately the font is not quite the same so make sure you get them to match.

Just an FYI, I consider the oil temp one of the 3 important gauges, but I base choices on road track time. Oil pressure, oil temp and tach are in front of my steering wheel. In my experience water temp is important on the street but running on the track and moving water temp is seldom a problem.

Everyone has their preferences and concerns.

In addition to oil temp I added a vacuum gauge. You can get great info about the health of your engine.

I swapped my clock out (later on) for Wideband AF gauge. I actually went with the AEM unit, since it was pretty close in style to my Speedhut gauges. Not a perfect match , but.. close enough for me at least.
