    4L65E Shifter Options

Here's another question for the build veterans...lots of shifter options but want one that bolts on and plays. I'm looking at the Lokar CM4L60EBL. Looks like what I want but, not sure about the length of shaft at 10". Don't want to be reaching for the sky or leaning forward to shift.
As always, any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Some of us used this Lokar shifter for out 4L65e trannys, see post 148 for pics. Lokar changed the p/n to ES4L60EHM.
It’s not plug and play, had to make a mounting bracket which was pretty easy.
Does the shifter your looking at have the switches to bump shift your 4L65e up/down thru the gears?

Looks like the price went up a lot, it use to be $399.

I think Lokar measures the length of the shifter from the bottom of the nut to the top of the mushroom ball.
I ended up getting a longer shaft as my shifter assy was below the console.
