Need help with control switch location?

I have a Mark IV with TKX. I already have my roll control on the dash. I need a switch that would arm the launch control and Traction Control logging at the same time.
My idea was to mount a switch on the outside of the steering wheel, but the harness comes in contact with my dash switches. I thought about replacing the knob with a knob that has a momentary switch mounted in it. Or I could mount a switch just below the knob on the handle. Anybody got any ideas or pics or experience in what works the best.

    Thanks....

what about a shifter mounted button? or turn signal button activation? some use the button for hi/low beams or horn - no reason you couldn't tie into your setup...
