Need Stainless or Aluminum Upper Radiator Tube.

    Hello All.
Can anyone tell me or better yet post a link where I can get an upper radiator metal tube. I've seen several on You Tube but unable to make contact. I talked with Boig and they told me it would "be a while till they did another batch of 1.5 tube". I plan to get the Breeze lower tube but cannot find the upper. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Allyn

Not sure exactly what you need but I get email ads from Jegs and the other day one of the things listed was an assortment of tubing shapes for radiator connections. Might check that source if you haven’t already.

You can make your own easily from aluminum tubing. Fill it with fine sand and cap the ends for kink-free bending. Then add the beads with one of these. https://www.holley.com/brands/earls/...tools/beaders/

    Done it many times.

Try McMaster Carr, Metal Supermarkets, or Online Metals. Lately I've been using Metal Supermarkets.

You could just eliminate all the extra points of failure and use a Fox Mustang upper hose.

    Thanks ALL.
I'll order the tube and the bead tool. I'll check the exhuast shops to see who has a 1.5" tube bender. I have 200 lbs of sand for my sand blaster so I'm good there! All the tubes I found on Summit and Jeggs were for turbo chargers and intakes. I'll refine my search. I called Boig first, sounded like he wanted out of the 1.5 cooling tube business, or maybe he just wont be doing 1.5" for a while.

    Thanks again

Use relatively thin wall aluminum tubing and leave it long for leverage. A good vice or steel table, maybe a little heat, and you can bend it by hand. Done it many times.

When you're finished I would anodize it to give it protection.

17+ ago, I found a guy who was going to market an aluminum upper tube and I worked with him to prototype it. I got the first and only one he made. It's pretty nice!

Your idea is a really nice plan for a very low cost. You could also go with aluminum pipe for a different look.
