Help needed to ID these two parts

I'm pretty sure this came with My Truck kit.... But I have no idea what there are for? The two parts are ~2.5" OD and 1.5" ID.

Thougts?

Howdy Mark:

It appears in the photo that the collar comes apart into two halves…is that correct?

If so they are the mounting points for the shoulder harness.
