    Raise front of 302 SBF?

FINALLY have the engine/trans installed, but I have an issue, and I've searched the forums looking for a solution, but I don't think anyone else has had this issue. The engine is too low in the front - it's 3-degrees down instead of up, and the trans is as low as it can be. My oil filter (PH11 equivalent) is hitting the power steering housing. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to raise the front of, and move forward a SBF?
