For the little tabs that hold the brake and the clutch safety switches, which come bare, I just shot them with some enamel and put them in place. However, I had purchased the Eastwood powder coating tool, and a bunch of stuff to go with it, and wanted to try powder coating. Well, tonight, after a quick trip to Walmart, I went ahead and powder coated my first piece. My below-budget setup may look pretty rough, but it worked! I have to work on the sand blasting, as I don't have a cabinet, and that turned out to be a bigger mess than anticipated. But, over all, for a few hundred dollars, I can live with the result.
