    Header / pipe question

I talked to the folks at Gas N Pipe yesterday and wanted to validate something. I'm building a MK4 with a 351W/427 from Forte. I did get the 351W headers from FFR with my kit, but Gas N Pipe suggested I sell them and go with their headers instead for ease of connection / troubleshooting.

Has anyone come across this? I'm not doubting their expertise, but there is certainly a price difference and one I hadn't anticipated. Will I run into issues if I use the FFR 351W headers instead of Gas N Pipe's?

Short answer, no issues. I'm running a 351W with the FFR headers/pipes and they fit fine. Now, I haven't done any adjusting with the body on yet but I don't foresee any problems.

I've done cars with Gas N sidepipes using both their headers as well as with FFR headers. Most required wedges to align the pipes.

Yep. Mark will sell you a whole stack of them...which is sometimes what's necessary.
