    side panel cut outs

It wasn't too long ago, I saw some custom side panels that had real nice cut outs and can't remember where I saw them. Behind the panel would be a great place to hide the EPS. Any one have any ideas? Thanks for any input. John

John, what are you referring to? Like a grille in the side panel? And are you referring to the Electronic Power Steering?

Hi, Erik. A couple of weeks ago, I saw a picture of a side panel with about a half of it cut out. I wasn't planing on using my panels until I saw(or dreamed up) this picture. It covered the bottom rail and went up part way on the grille, covering the area where the electric p/s is. To me, it had a "cool" curved line to it, exposing the nicer looking area of the engine. My short term memory is not working and am hoping someone else has seen it. Thanks for your help. John

I like it Chuck. Those are cool with where you mounted your headlights. Does it help much cooling down inside the car? The ones I thought I saw had a tear drop shape with the middle part of the tear drop ending at the firewall and the tip starting at the stock position for the headlight mount. Thanks for your info. You have done a wonderful build. John

Haven't tried them yet as they are at the painter. I expect a dramatic difference in the Az summer
