Hi. My name is Mike and I am an addict.

Just bought yet another 818 Donor. This time I found a 2003 WRX sedan with just 85,000 miles and totally stock. Hit on passenger side front corner. All donor parts are in excellent shape. Even came with a brand new set of aftermarket 17 inch wheels and new tires.
This car will make the perfect donor. Runs great, drives too. $2100.00
I like my previous donor so much that I plan to keep it and drive it.

Little bit of insight Mike. WHERE did you find that one? Auction site? Ebay? Craiglist?

Joe. the one in Quincy might be worth a look. Needs engine work. 14,000 miles. One thing I noticed on both of my donors. The suspension stuff looks horrible. It is appearantly not painted from the factory and it covered in rust. Some of the brake backing plates are rotted through.

Looks like a perfect donor! Great score Mike I'm not shopping yet but maybe I should start just to get a feel for what's out there.

Is it the one with 142,000. If it is he is looking for $4500 with out the nav.

Do you mind if I come by and check out your cars?

    Mike are those wheels prodrives?

If they are prodrives they are rare. Those would be P-1's and they are not made anymore. Yes, they do make replica's but they do not come in the same size as the ones on that vehicle and not nearly in the same quality.

Joe he told me he would go $3500.00 without the nav. Yes any time this weekend would be fine.
508WRX Yes they are Prodrive wheels. One had minor damage, the rest are fine. Tires are brand new.
    tire sizes are 215-45-17

I have these on my WRX, Prodrive P1. They are made by OZ racing and were a factory option on the WRX for 02 and 03. They were made for the Prodrive edition Impreza in the UK, but there was a minimum order limit to make the wheels so they sold the rest as factory upgrades. They are incredibly heavy and mine have gotten a lot of corrosion, but they are really nice looking. You could maybe get $500 for the set.

Wow, those deals are so cheap that I might also consider keeping my current DD WRX as a DD and just buy a wrecked donor for a couple grand. Heck, that's cheaper than buying a used STI longblock.

    Sheesh.
