    302 Engine Mounts??

So I've been having a bear of a time with the motor mounts. I bought 89 Mustang Convertible Motor Mounts for my coupe yet they don't fit. I should clarify that the drivers side doesn't fit - lining up the driver's mount so that it would bolt to the engine makes it so that the stud won't line up. Flipping the mount around so that the stud and guide post are in the right orientation is then 90 degrees off of what is needed to bolt to the engine.

What is the part number/specs of 302 motor mounts that DO work? The manual is of no assistance, as usual.

I don't believe you'll find a much better price or mounts than those sold by FFR. The link below is the part number for the poly mounts for both engine and trans. The trans mount is only an additional $15. These are pretty much a sure fit for a 302/351 in the coupe.

So if the 87-93 convertible mounts don't work, and the 87-93 hardtop mounts are totally different looking and don't work, what model year/make the really overpriced FFR ones from?

    Thanks in advance,
