Great pictures and nice progress. I'm sure you're glad to get the wheels underneath it. Would you mind telling what insulation you used on the firewall and the floorboards? Thanks!

It was great to get it off the jack stands. I went a little overkill on insulation. With 463 horsepower, I was not concerned about weight. I used Eastwood heat/sound insulation on on everything. I sprayed the inside of the firewall and the bottom of the floor boards. I then used the FFR heat/sound insulation over the Eastwood on the firewall. Then I installed a inner firewall I purchased from Replica Parts. After I sprayed the bottom of the floor, I didn't like the gray color of the Eastwood product so I used shaker cans of undercoating to change it to black. Then I attached Thermo-Tec 16500 Muffler/Catalytic Converter Heat Shields between the mufflers and floor. Not sure all this matters but I am building a daily driver, so I am trying to make it as cool and quiet as possible.

Yeah, it sounds like tire spin is going to be more of a concern than weight. Thanks so much for the info. I plan to begin this process soon with #799.
