Any suggestions how to cover/fill in the holes around the frame supports where they come through the firewall? Caulk works but doesn't look finished.

Take a square piece of aluminum and hole saw it the size of the tube. Cut it in half and polish one side. Apply black silicone and stick it in. Didn't FFR supply those on the earlier Kits??
I think they used to since it refers to those parts in the manual... they didn't send me any though
I purchased 2 1/4" Nylon locking hole plugs from Non-Ferrous Fastener inc. in Chino, CA which are the same size as the firewall holes then used a hole saw to cut the correct size hole to fit around the frame support. Used a band saw to cut open the hole to fit around the frame support and a Dremel tool with a sandpaper sleeve to trim to fit then used black silicone to adhere and fill in any gaps. Looks a lot better than silicone alone.
I used this stuff. Worked pretty well
