I have a very old unfinished MK3 that I may try to get on the road. I've had the engineering inspection, but haven't talked to anyone who knows about the RMV requirements. I know cats are needed, but I don't have a source. (302 from 89 donor with shortie headers). Other than that what are the hurdles?

Any input would be welcomed.

BTW. I built mine in 2003 and stalled on getting paint/finish. I couldn't find anyone to do it and I got frustrated and let it sit in the garage for years and years.
