33 hot rod,383 sbc tri power setup ,700 r4 transmission,gen1 body gen2 chassis
Yes, going old school, I like that! Installed mine a few years back. Nothing to special. Mounted the crossmember upside down and used 1/2" spacers to get the angle I was looking for to mate to the IRS.
Do you have any pictures of how you installed it sir

Sure, here are a couple.
Did you have to do anything to your driveshaft sir

No, I was able to use the one FF supplied with the kit when I told them I was installing a SBC383 w/ a TH350. I installed a Holley Sniper EFI with their Hyperspark distributor which is smaller than most so I was able to slide the engine and tranny back a little more to help with the engagement with the driveshaft.
Thank you sir,do you remember the parts # of the driveshaft they sent you any chance you could give me a measurement of it,thank you sir

FF part # 34048 which I believe is 31" long. My transmission tail shaft is 6" long and I believe 27 spline. If I remember right, I also bought a longer slip yoke from Denny's Driveshafts so to have better engagement into the tranny. I didn't figure that out until I had the tranny and IRS mounted that I realized the slip yoke would be to short. I read somewhere that you want it to engage 1" shy of bottoming out inside of the tail housing.
Hope this helps.
