DOes this look right? Front Brake Upgrade Question

Hi All, I just picked up an MK1 that is a 24 year old build. It has the Front Disc and Back Rotor Brake configuration with a 4.5 x 5 lug bolt pattern form the donor car, which is an unknown for me. I am assuming a late 90’s Mustang. I am going to do a big brake 4 wheel disc upgrade. I am going with the standard 2003 Cobra/Mach1 Brake conversion as the replacement. However, looking at the configuration, something looks off to me when it comes to the current disc brake set up.
The knuckle that the caliper bolt goes through looks off or not correct. So, I am looking for comments for:
    1) Does this look like a correct configuration for a build of this age?
    2) Will the knuckle for the Caliper be the same or need to change for the 2003 Cobra/Mach1 Brake conversion.

That is a Fox (1993 or earlier) Mustang configuration and won't be compatible with 2003 brakes.

Thanks Jeff! I am trying to sort this out, not having much documentation on the car. If this has a Gen 3 Fox Body setup, I will need to change out the Spindle to the later Gen 4 SN95 version? Anything else? Anything suggested?

This was just a little confusing seeing my current setup with 5 lugs. So, what did the 5 lug Hubs come from? Also, to add Disc to the rear, will I need to change the axles as well? They are 5 lug as well.

I am spoiled working on vehicles that are build with known factory parts, so I will need to improve my detective work....
