Swapping my 5.0 for a big block.

I have a Mk II with a 5.0 and Tremec 5-speed. Is it possible to swap it for a big block (390?)?

Anything is possible with the proper application of power, heat and cash. However, you will at least need to change the motor mount location on the frame (I think.) If you are only looking for more power, have you thought a 351 based 408? Those make some unbelievable power. If it's the big-block look there are adapters that allow the use of 427 valve covers on the 351W block and you won't have to change/upgrade everything to handle the extra weight.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do (and post photos!!!)
